Sarah Robichaud is a professionally trained dancer who has studied and performed throughout Canada, Europe and Moscow where she attended the Bolshoi Ballet School.


As the Founder and Executive Director of Dancing with Parkinson’s, Sarah has seen firsthand how insightful methodologies can be harnessed to change perceptions, build community and create a transformative difference in people’s lives.


Sarah is a published Author of two internationally recognized books on workplace wellness, over 50 articles on her unique approach to fitness and has produced and delivered network segments on wellness, in Canada and the United States on the Steven and Chris show and CBS Early Morning in NY.


Sarah’s passion for change has helped to launch her most recent initiative, a groundbreaking arts program focused on addressing mental health challenges of First Nations peoples in Pikangikum, a struggling community with the world’s highest suicide rate.
